How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Owleys (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

It’s exceptionally well-made, and I love that it functions as a shock absorber in case you brake too hard or get into an accident. Rest assured that your four-legged family member will be safe.
If you put your dog in a moving vehicle, you should give them the same safety benefit you and your passengers have by being buckled in. It's absolutely essential. This seat belt is well-crafted and can use the existing seatbelt buckle receptor in the car or clip to another anchor point. It's incredibly easy to use and carry. I highly recommend it.
We used this on a recent 4-hour trip north. The dog is usually crated for car trips, but we had to switch to this for packing reasons. It worked perfectly. Both the dog and we were very pleased with how well it kept her secure, yet allowed her some movement to sit or lie down. We’ll definitely be using this again!
The harness leash is sturdy and well worth the money. This is the second harness we've bought. Our dog weighs about 55 lbs. The harness leash is easy to use and securely restrains our dog during travel. I highly recommend it, especially at this price.
This is my first pet seat belt, and I purchased two. I've used them several times for my Pitbull and Frenchie. They perform well and are strong. The latch and seatbelt buckle hold securely. I recommend using the latch in case one of the dogs steps on the buckle. Also, get different colors if you have multiple dogs. I set each dog to a different length based on their size, and if I'm in a rush, I might mix them up and need to adjust. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
After using this daily for several weeks, I am confident in my review. I'll start with the positives to save you time, but I've detailed my situation and dog at the end. This is a solid, lightweight, yet durable dog safety belt. I'm no stitching expert, but I recognize quality, and this leash is well-stitched, which is crucial given its purpose. The carabiner is made of superior materials compared to similar products. The slide-locking bar on the carabiner is a significant advantage for me. The carabiner size is just right, designed with the dog's comfort in mind. Having two anchor points for either a hook-type latch or seatbelt buckle is fantastic. I mainly use the seatbelt buckle, but the other option is handy at times. In summary, I am thoroughly impressed with this product.
I refused to risk my dog's safety in my convertible with one of those flimsy car leashes. This one boasts a secure locking carabiner and adjustable length with a bungee for flexibility. It locks into the seatbelt receptacle firmly and also offers an alternative clip mechanism for different attachment points. Excellent product.
