How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Owleys (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It’s kinda too big, but it does the job. I like that there’s a pocket to keep poop bags and a portable bowl for my dog. The zippers are nice and don't get stuck. It keeps my seats protected from my dog, except when he steps over it onto my seat. It looks sleek and is easy to clip in place and remove.
I bought this dog seat cover a week ago, and it’s done exactly what I needed it to. The quality is top-notch, covers the entire back of my 2000 Accord, keeps my small dog secure thanks to the hammock-style design, and is easy to assemble and clean.
I am very impressed with the quality of the material. I took my roommate's dog for a car ride, but he got sick and made a mess within the cover 🤢 (he was okay afterward). To my surprise, the waterproof material prevented the mess from seeping into the seats, making it easy to clean! For that reason, I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone needing an affordable, waterproof dog seat cover.
It seems like it will be pretty durable, which is the only reason I opted for a dog taco made of synthetic material, and I like the multiple configuration possibilities. However, the configuration that I was most excited about- half up and half down, as shown in the first picture- is made with the cover installed backwards which makes it impossible to buckle a seatbelt because it puts the slots at the front of the seat. I also don't like the elastic straps- I would prefer all the straps to be adjustable length, not stretchy.
Good car back seat dog cover.I've been using it for a few weeks now and it's been working well when I drive with Dean, my Cane Corso. It's the perfect size for my dog and keeps my car seats protected. However I got some issues with the installation process. At first I couldn’t figure out how to attach the sidewalls because I mixed them and wasn’t able to zip them up properly. Then I dealt with it, but It would be actually nice to have additional printed instructions in the box. Anyway, the cover works as expected so I’m satisfied with my choice.
Durable and well-crafted. Worked well for a large dog, creating a hammock-style enclosure in the back seat so the dog doesn’t fall on the floor during a quick stop. Quick and easy to install but would have preferred the side clips over the doors to be buckles like the other straps. Zippers make it easy to get the dog secured or to unzip in the center and side if you want a passenger with your pet. Be aware that this sturdy yet flexible material will NOT prevent your pet from climbing into the front seat. LOL Overall, a great buy for the price.
hello to all dog parents 👋🏾 I will also share my experience of using the owley’s travel buddy. and I'll say first of all that I'm not impressed with this car seat dog cover. as for the pros - it looks stylish, it’s strudy, waterproof, and it does not slip on leather seats. BUT - it doesn't fit my BMW as well as I would like. I have model x5 40i for your reference. I cant set it up properly because the size simply doesn't work for my car.this was a huge disappointment for me as i had high hopes for this seat cover and i actually like the way it looks and is made. I hope my review will be useful to those of you with the same car model.
Easy to assemble and remove. It is very thin and moderately durable. However, within the first 2 months of use, the buckles broke. If your dog can sit and relax, this is a great product. If you have a hyperactive or anxious dog, I’d recommend something else.
