How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Owleys (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

We have a new puppy with sharp teeth and nails, lots of energy, and not fully house-trained. This pet seat cover is perfect to protect the seats from scratches or accidents, and the included tether keeps him safely in place, ensuring both his and my husband’s safety while driving. It is incredibly easy to install when the dog is in the car, just snaps in, and is just as easy to remove. This was a fantastic investment, and we love it!
The Warning: Vomit!!! I never write reviews but here we are - my golden retriever puppy went to the beach and drank too much sea water. On the car ride home, I noticed he looked funny in the rearview mirror. Sure enough, he threw up all over the back seat. Thanks to this cover, only a little got on my car near the seatbelt buckle. I just got my car less than a year ago, so this cover was a lifesaver, making cleanup much easier than having to clean my entire car.
I have a Subaru Outback and a dog that hates car rides. We got this and initially my husband didn’t attach it to the front seats, so she tried to stand on the middle front armrest (she’s a 75 lb hound mix). Once he attached everything properly, she calmed down and just laid in the backseat without excessive panting and drooling. This actually calmed her down and protected our seats from all her hair!
I bought this for a 1,000 mile road trip to visit my folks across the country, and it blew me away! My pup just curled up and slept the whole way. She was comfortable in my back seat, it was easy to set up, and fits great in my Nissan Versa. The leash buckle really seals the deal, keeping the dog at a safe distance, so I could focus on the road without needing a kennel in my back seat. Ten out of ten recommend!
We put this in the back of my husband's new Ford 150 so our dog could go on rides and not get hair all over the place. It fits well, is sturdy, and absolutely protects all parts of the back. Our dog is 60 lbs and this has held up well over 2 months of frequent car rides with her. We actually leave it in place all the time; it's great protection for the back seat even if your dog isn’t along for the ride!
I had to come back and review this product after it saved my car seats. We got our dog neutered, and the meds gave him a very upset stomach. Halfway through our drive home, there was a very, very liquid accident in the backseat. Luckily, I had put up this seat cover. Not a single drop got on my car seat, door, floor, or anywhere. The mess hosed right off and the cover held up well in the washer (we air-dried it, so I can’t speak for the dryer). Besides that, the cover is extremely easy to install and remove, and holds up well with all five dogs.
This cover is easy to install and keeps the backseat clean. Seems sturdy enough. I’ve only used it a handful of times for stressful vet visits, and it definitely helped keep the drool off the seats!
We have a Forester and an Outback. I like to put my dogs in the back seat versus the cargo area. They are safer in the back seat and get better AC in the summer. Both vehicles have slippery leather seats. These covers are great for non-slip protection and keep the dogs from falling. Quality is good and the pockets are a bonus. Rinse off with soap and water and air it out for a day to remove the new chemical smell. After that, the smell goes away.
