How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Owleys (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I am very satisfied because my dogs are older and responsive to commands. I think this dog seat protector will be useful for many years. I especially like how the straps easily snap together over the headrests. It looks nice once in place. It’s very attractive and well-made. I like it and plan to keep it in my hurricane kit.
As the owner of a Siberian Husky, this dog protector works great. I have a Toyota Tacoma, and the size fits perfectly. Super easy to install, it stays secure thanks to the seat tucker devices, and provides a Velcro slot for seatbelt access, keeping your fur baby safe. Pet hair is ridiculously easy to clean off the material, so don’t worry about hair collection!
Works perfectly! Super easy to put up and take down by myself. When not in use, it’s super easy to shake off hair and dust and fold it to store. I have a Great Dane and this seat cover is durable and safe for them! Also, I love the color ❤️
I love this backseat dog cover. Before this, my dogs would always jump from the back seat to the front. There were also accidents, and I had to deep clean my backseats. Once I got this, they couldn’t jump back and forth and messes were easier to clean. I just throw the cover in the washer and air dry it. It also helps the dogs not fall off the seats, making them more stable in the back. It’s very easy to take out and put back once adjusted to your preference, you won’t need to adjust it again. It’s very sturdy; I’ve had mine for 2 years with no rips or tears from the dogs. Be careful if you want to lay your seat all the way back because you might tear it.
This Owleys pet seat protector has a nice water-resistant top surface. My last cover from another brand was cloth and getting Rottie hair off it between washes was nearly impossible. This cover eliminates that problem. I’ve only used it for 2 days prior to writing this review. Time will tell.
I got this so that my dog could hang out in the back of my car during a long road trip. I didn’t want to cage her, but I got a new car and wanted to protect the interior from her claws (she likes to jump and look out the window). It comfortably limited her access and was super easy to install. Unfortunately, she had an accident during the trip due to slight anxiety, but this dog seat cover is definitely waterproof. Awesome quality for the price and it fits in my coupe too! My dog can comfortably walk around and lay down on it. Overall a great purchase, and I will keep it in my trunk for reuse for years.
Used this product in my 2020 Civic on a short drive to a nearby park to protect my car seats from my husky’s shedding and dirty paws after the walk. I love how extremely easy it was to install in the car. It definitely kept the big dog, fur, and dirt contained! Highly recommend as a protective dog cargo liner!
