How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Owleys (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I wanted a smaller blanket
I was in need of a new dog bed for my German Shepherd, who is the king of our household. This bed turned out to be a great choice. It arrived quickly and undamaged. The size is perfect for my 2-year-old, 90lb pup, with plenty of room for him to sprawl out comfortably. The design and color options are versatile and work well in different rooms. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, with detailed stitching and secure edges all around. My pup loves it, which is always a good sign that it's a winner. I highly recommend this dog bed based on my experience with it.
I absolutely adore this dog blanket. It resembles a leaf-shaped carpet mat when placed on the floor, and the material is top-notch. The craftsmanship is excellent, and my dog adores lounging on it.
My dogs and I are big fans of this dog cover for couch. It's incredibly soft yet durable, with a nice thickness that provides comfort for my pups to lay on. It also doubles as a cozy blanket that keeps us warm without feeling too heavy. I've even borrowed it once or twice, although it's not large enough to cover more than just your legs. The design is adorable as well. My only small issue is that it can be a bit slippery on hardwood floors, but that's easily manageable. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.
I couldn't resist getting this item for my love of trees and nature. While the materials are just average, the craftsmanship is impressive. The fabric and padding are on the thinner side, but it still makes a lovely decoration that even our dog enjoys.
My dog already has a lot of beds and blankets, but I couldn't resist getting him this cute shiso leaf blanket. I love the color, shape, and softness of it. My dog seems to enjoy it too as he often chooses to sleep or hang out on top of it instead of his nearby bed. It also works well as a throw for my bed or couch so my dog can keep me company without shedding everywhere.
We used to have an old green military blanket at the foot of our bed for our dogs, but now we've upgraded to this much more attractive and comfortable option. It's large enough for even our 116 lb. Chesapeake Bay Retriever and both Simmie and Rosie love competing to use it first (Simmie usually wins, especially when his ball is involved). The only downside is that the bottom can be very slick on hard floors, so consider adding a rubber non-slip under it. We haven't tested out the machine washable claim yet, but we'll see how that goes.
My cats absolutely love this blanket! It's not only adorable but also very practical. I did have to air it out for a day because it had a bit of a stale smell straight out of the package. The pink color is exactly as advertised, a lovely light dusty rose shade. Although smaller than a throw at 50x45 inches, my cats can easily sink their claws into it and it has held up well so far.
