How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Owleys (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This cot is spacious when set up and easily accommodates my larger frame. I have no complaints whatsoever. It’s impressive how compact it becomes when folded—about the size of two folding chairs. But when opened, it feels just like a couch. Sturdy and comfortable! Highly recommend it.
The cot unfolds similarly to a camping chair. Once extended, just press down on the center (or sit) to flatten all the legs against the ground. The legs feature anti-skid rubber to prevent slipping on tile or tent floors. The cushioned pad wraps around the top and has fabric ties to keep it secure. It has a slight upward curve at the head, which I found helpful for using multiple pillows while I sleep. There's also a generous side pocket that fits my full-size tablet and phone perfectly. The carrying bag is a bit thin but includes a strap for easy transport. I did find it challenging to fit both the cot and cushion into the bag. I napped on this cot in my home office and was pleased with its stability; despite tossing and turning, I felt secure sleeping on it overnight!
I can’t believe I managed without this! The Owleys Camping Cot is both comfy and robust. It folds up easily and comes with a plush pad. The only slight downside is its bulkiness when carrying, but it’s perfect for camping adventures.
No issues at all. I've been using camping cots for years and have tried many different designs and constructions. (I usually prefer sleeping directly on the ground, but I keep a few cots for the more refined campers in my group.) This one is quite handy: it’s simple to load and unload, sets up quickly, and offers an improvement over the traditional "stretched canvas cot" comfort. The pillow is nice, though I wish it were larger, so I’ll need to purchase another. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars.
Having spent years on military cots, I can say this one is different. Setting it up was a breeze. The legs locked securely, and the mattress fit perfectly on top. While it doesn’t replicate a luxury mattress, I found the plush mat quite comfortable, and the slight elevation at the head kept my pillow from sliding off. The cot felt very sturdy, and at 6 feet tall, I had ample space.
I own another cot that looks quite similar, but this Owleys model stands out. It features a sturdier frame, tougher fabric, plus thicker padding, and the manual is much clearer. I chose this cot because I liked my previous one, but this one is far superior—no joke! The instructions are even easier to follow!
I managed to set this up in under two minutes! The mattress has straps at two corners to secure it and an additional section that wraps over the cot to keep it in place. It’s about as thick as a well-loved duvet—providing some comfort but not quite like a mattress topper. Packing it away is just as quick; it took me less than two minutes, and it’s machine washable.
As a plus-sized woman who loves camping, I usually spend my days with my daughters at their campground but retreat to a hotel at night. However, with this cot, I feel fantastic! It’s easy for me to get up from and lie down on. Definitely a great purchase!
