How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Owleys (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

I use this box to carry tools from home to a remote worksite. I use different vehicles, so I'm always moving tools. The box holds a lot and the Velcro has held well. No problem moving 20 lbs of tools from vehicle to vehicle. Once put together, I keep it full. Glad to have it.
This trunk organizer is incredibly sturdy. I'm putting together an emergency kit for my car, and this is perfect. Ships flat and requires minimal assembly with Velcro strips. The case has handles and a divider to create two compartments if needed. Big enough for bottled water, packable blankets, and other emergency items. Perfect for a "bugout bag."

Very satisfied with this product. It’s exactly what I needed to corral the odds and ends in my car's trunk. The Amazon images make it look sturdier than it is; it won't hold up with heavy items. Easy to assemble and stable for lighter items like shoes, a towel, Kleenex, first aid kit, and a flashlight. Attractive and looks like the image. Large enough for many items. The clasp hasn't failed. Velcro only means it's not for heavy grocery items. Great for organizing and folds flat when not needed.
I got this for the junk in the back of my car. The Velcro on the bottom is great because it keeps the bin securely in place. Good quality and value for money, true to size, durable and sturdy, easy to open, easy to assemble, easy to store. Would buy again. Definitely recommend!
I don’t write reviews often, but the quality of this is beyond impressive. It’s sturdy, well put together, and has great storage compartments. The Velcro is a particularly useful design element. The only drawback is the slight plastic-y smell out of the package, but I’m sure it will dissipate. The size is also great; it provides ample storage. Love the cover, which is less flimsy than I expected.
This trunk organizer from Owleys is perfect and solves all the issues I had with my old utility tote! It also comes with a lid, but I didn’t need it, so I left it folded up in the organizer. It seems well made and can fold up with buckles to keep it closed. I think it was a good value for the price and works much better than my old utility tote! I’ve only had it a couple of days, and I already appreciate that I don’t have to reposition it every time I open my trunk like my old tote!
