How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Owleys (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Works great as a sleeping bed when you travel by car. We used it with my wife when we were driving to Minnesota and it was very convenient. High-quality product!
This product is a perfect fit for my 2020 Subaru Forester. I needed a temporary bed for the second row seat of my car during travel, as the rear was filled with supplies. The two pylons easily inflate to support the bed over the footwell, filling in the space between the second row seatback and front seat back. While there is an inflatable headboard and pillows included, I personally prefer using a regular pillow. It may not be suitable for taller individuals due to its short width, but it significantly increases seating width compared to no mattress at all. The pump worked efficiently and all components stayed inflated overnight. Deflating and storing them was also hassle-free with the same pump. Even if used infrequently, this item is definitely worth its purchase price - especially if it saves on hotel stays. Overall, highly recommend this product!
Purchased this for my car to use while traveling and it came with everything shown in the pictures. The blower functions perfectly and all the pieces come together to create a cozy spot to snuggle up. The small pillows are not really needed, but everything else is just right. Much more comfortable than sleeping on the bare seat. I have used it twice now and have not experienced any issues with leaking air as a plus-sized person, so it seems to hold weight well thus far ❤️
As my canine companion ages, her hind legs are becoming less reliable. This poses a challenge during our trips to the vet, as she struggles to maintain balance while seated and gazing out the window in the backseat. Sudden braking or sharp turns often result in her losing equilibrium and tumbling onto the floorboard. Seeking to provide her with a more comfortable and secure ride, I purchased this product. During our initial use, I may have overinflated it slightly, causing some instability for my furry friend. Adjusting the air pressure on the way home improved her ability to balance effectively. Excess air made it too springy for her liking. To prevent any accidental punctures from her nails, I placed a blanket over the mattress. Thanks to this product, our hour-long journeys to the vet have become significantly easier for both of us. No longer do I need to constantly check on her well-being through rearview mirrors or worry about inadequate seating space causing discomfort. While it was slightly oversized for my 2004 GMC Canyon's back seat area – especially without inflating all side cushions or extra pillows – its durable materials give me confidence that it will withstand regular use.
Pros: The mattress exceeded my expectations in terms of sturdiness. Initially, I was concerned about the plastic side potentially popping due to its stretch and flexibility under pressure, but it has held up well so far. After inflating it and testing it out in the car with my kids, they found it to be very comfortable (although taller individuals may not have enough space to fully stretch out). Unique features include a built-in cup holder on one side and detachable backrest and floor space fillers. Attaching and detaching the backrest using the plastic pin-hook connectors proved to be a bit challenging without risking damage, so I opted to leave it attached for added comfort. Cons: Currently none. I will update this review once the mattress eventually fails to provide insight into its durability after multiple uses.
